cycling experience 3
Last saturday i went back east coast park to cycle. But this time i had night cycling instead.
Although around late morning i already reached the park. But i only start cycling at 4pm.
This time i really almost had an accident. My bike and 1 girl's bike "lan ga" but i wasnt hurt at all, but the other party was more serious. she pain until she cant speak. It happened at the beginning of changi park. The path where you need to made a 90 degree turn to the left. She came too fast and too shaky while i came just nice and BOOM, we langa. It's not my fault. Firstly, she did not slow down while turning. Secondly, she riding in the wrong lane! Anyway, i am alittle at fault too. if i ride abit faster or abit slower, we wouldnt have lan ga la.
So this time i cycled from the beginning of ECP, all the way to changi village, take dinner there (super unhygienic, i saw 1 baby crockroach and 1 cat under the table!) then cycle back to east coast park. Cycle from 4pm to 10.30pm! The PCN was super scary at night. Quiet and dark. At times, i keep telling myself nothing will happen and i will be reaching soon. But somehow, my mind keep thinking of those WWII, POW, those ghost story that happen in changi, super eerie to cycle at PCN at night with some of the lamp post out of order. And along the PCN, there are many bushes, i scare to look into the bush, afraid to see those "dirty" things or any bad guy hiding there. Anyway, i wouldnt go back there to cycle at night unless in a BIG group.
And along the way, i realised my bicycle abit spoil. When i paddle, i keep hearing some clinging sound. My dad feel so too, cause i asked him to try my bike. Look like i have to call the servicing center this week and have them coming down my house to check.
