Minds cafe

A fun place for gathering. The games there are unique but we played mostly the memory games and the "reaction" game. The memory games's concept is quite special especially the Dawn Under. And the reaction game was cute and exciting - eg. SNORTA! ( the person intro us this when we asked for "exciting" games).

1st game: Dawn Under ~ spooky memory game.

The game board was very unique, with many tomb "dig" from it. We can even buried our mini vampire and use a mini card ( tomb cover) to cover over it. It really create a suspend feeling when the player try to open the tomb to check if there the tomb is "occupied". And if the tomb is occupied, you will be punished for not letting the vampire inside to rest in peace by taking a black small stick which look like charcoal. If the tomb is empty, the player can either use their own garlic stick to "chop" the place for future use or if the player happen to have the vampire that match with the colour of the tomb, the vampire can rest in peace there. This game is quite cute and errie at the same time. The creator try to create the fun feeling with cute cute looking vampire and the errie feeling with the concept of "chinese superstitious believing- "galic is one of the things that keep away ghost" and "if you open the tomb of the dead, you will be punished". If this game have the chinese version, i think it will be even errier~ imagine....

hahahah but it was fun. Like the concept of the game! chinese ghost festival is just a few days more to go~

2nd game: Chicken CHA cha CHA~

Another memory game. From the start, each player will choose a chicken doll that come with a feather stuck behind one of the 4 empty holes. Every chick is spread evenly from each chick. Next we have to open the picture in the center that match with the picutre on our chicken path so that our chicken can move forward. The player's turn end when the picture does not match. If it match. When our chicken overtake other chicken, they can steal their feather. The objective is to overtake the rest of the chicken and steal all feathers. Which mean all the rest of the chicken will be feather because their owner is scatherbrain!!! And we were all amazed by zhenjie powerful memory! his green chick move at a super fast speed which all of us dont even have a chance to steal a single feather! I was so close to KL chick la, almost manage to steal kl's feather but ZJ didnt give me a chance, he just overtake me and kl and attack yx 's feather.

3rd game: Fish EAT fishclassify this as battle game? The objective is to be the tallest fish by eating other fish. Each player has a unique colour of fish and we can eat other player fish by challenging them to fight using number cards. The cards consist of Shark (which overwrite any number cards) , sotong (which can cancel the battle) and other numbers card ranging from 0 to 5. Yup, very much sissor papper stone. not much excitment or suspend. Yx is the winner.

4th game: SNORTA!

Reaction game. I think this game make me score throat. but was quite exciting. each player choose a animal and name the animal. The tatic is "try to name your animal a difficult name". And each player is given a stack of game. at the count of 3, we have to throw out 1 card. If other player's "throw out card" is the same as yours, you have to shout other player's animal name. Hoot Hoot and ratatouellieeeeeeee~ are the easiest to shout!

5th game: Hali Gali Kaili (hahah i thought this blend in well):

This game is something similiar to snorta! but i prefer snorta, cause snorta is cuter while this one look so LKK one. Another reaction game. At the count of 3, each player have to throw out one card with some fruits picture on it. And if there are exactly 5 same type of fruit, the player have to ring the bell.

Phew, after so many days, i manage to complete this post! Wonder why YX can be so efficient. Maybe Sony Vaio is a much better laptop? hahah, i am just finding excuse for my lazyiness :p
